ntl e-mail problems

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with ntl - i can get on the web and onto ntl.com but can't get e-mail or get onto ntlworld.com to get them that way - keeps saying can't find server - any ideas anyone
i'm living in a parallel universe

Its a good way of checking email at work when theres filters on the normal ntl page!!
