change of bank accounts

hi there,
Just looking for a bit of advice,
I have entered a dmp two months ago, closed joint acc as most was due to me and not wife,wife opened new acc with same bank as we have no debt to bank in her name only which i wiil pay my salary into.
can any of my creditors attempt to access my wifes account for any debt in my name.
sorry if it sounds confused.

    As long as all debts with that Bank are in your sole name and none are joint then no, they can't take money from your wifes account.
