im new to this ppi claiming and am not sure if my credit card account cover charges are the same thing just written on my statements differently. can anyone enlighten me please?

Hi Sarah and welcome.
You can reclaim on the PPI if mis sold for any reason, and claim on any charges.
So keep the ppi separate to that of the PPI, so you know where you are.

To reclaim on the PPI you write with the reasons you have, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, more on the guidelines of reclaiming link here that goes for all ppi reclaiming, credit cards ppi/loan ppi/catalogue ppi/car finance ppi/store card ppi etc.
