Hi,
just left Atlantic (useless shower, have been unable to reach them on the phone for nearly 6 weeks!!) and have switched to Scottish Power.
I have had written confirmation that I am on Online Energy Saver 8, but damned if I can find what the unit rates are for both Gas and Electric economy 7.
I've just spoken to them and they are saying the rates are the same for Energy Saver 9 - the figures the lady with the lovely scottish lilt gave match the pdf I've got open.
Has anyone got access to Energy saver 8 details? I'm about to start monitoring usage stats as I'm convinced my gas meter is dodgy (someone tried to steal it 2 years ago)!
Question, can I move to ES 9 without penalty? I'm not leaving, just want to ensure I get the best rates, plus the price drop Scottish Power announced recently. I've not been billed yet if that has any bearing.
