asda 20% off games consoles

    Just back from Asda norwich, they have a few different bundles, opted for the giga pack with 3 games priced at £229 less 20% (yes the discount can be used in the bundles).

    HERES THE BEST BIT it scanned at £125, the assisant said wow you have got a bargain here because I have still got to take your discount off.

    so

    I got a psp, 1gb memory stick 3 games and the carry pouch, headphones etc for £100.

    THATS A BARGAIN

    Phoned around a few asda's in the area, couldn't find a ds lite in black but got a white one put away. Just off to pick it up - will come in @ £80. Thanks to OP.

    Just might see how much the psp packs scan at whilst I'm there!

    Off to ASDA now - hope they do have the reduced PSP packs!!

    Even better, when I've cut the coupon out of the Sun, I noticed that on the other side of the page, I have cut out Noel Edmonds face!!

    UPDATE: Local store has print-outs of the current offers, and the giga pack is just under £180 after the 20% discount.
    I even got them to scan and check :-(

    Asda in Gloucester said the bundles are £225.00,i think you might just have been lucky with misprice ? My daughter is off to see them any how....you never know your luck.....:confused:

    Anyone know why Asda are charging so much for their premium Xbox 360? We've rung 3 stores this morning who have all said the premium is £360 - not a bundle with games, just the xbox pack - whereas everywhere else has it at around £280. At that price even with the 20% discount it works out more than the usual price everywhere else. :confused:
