Bankruptcy Fees Help!!!!

Hello, my partner is going bankrupt ver soon. He is struggling very much to get the fees together, he already stopped paying his creditors a while back because he lost his job and cannot get one. I was wondering whether he would get a payday loan in his name for the fees? Is that possible to do?
Any help is much appreciated

He literally has nothing, no money, no credit cards. I have tried the New Vista, tried eBay, i really dont knwo what else to do its so frustrating. Why do you have to pay for bankruptcy when you have no money? He phoned them and asked if he qualified for the fee reuction due to being signed on but they told him he still has to take the £510???Freemans = £450, Alliance & Leicester Overdraft £275.00, Vanquis Credit card = £850  Second job = £200 per month.0

He may be able to apply for financial assistance from a charity for help with the fees. Is he on benefits? He may be eligible for the court fee to be waived but not the deposit.
For charities check out

Edit: Bare in mind this takes time though as some charities only hold meetings about applications every so often.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

and no, he really shouldn't get a payday loan to cover it! He knows he can't pay it it could be seen as fraud and/or he could end up with a bankruptcy restrictions order.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
