Do they do much apart from butting horns with one another :rotfl:
I received another big pile of paperwork from our solicitor this morning - mostly answers to queries that she had decided to raise. Judging from her replies, either the sellers solicitor thought ours was being a bit petty or our solicitor is in fact...completely incompetent

I must admit that I did find some of her queries a bit odd to say the least. She seems to be fixating on stuff that is not wholly relevant (like what colour the satellite dish is) whilst completely missing things out like the easement rights across our property and the maintenance of it. Time will tell I guess...
