i am sorry if it is wrong thread!
i am really angry.
I have sent a mobile phone to Tesco recycling(greener solutions).They were offering £110 for the mobile phone.I havent heard anything from them,no email,no phone call.I called them after a month asked whats going on?I was told mobile phone is not eligible.I asked them to return it.I even sent a cheque £5.50 for postage cost.Nothing happened,nothing heard!i called them back nearly 3 weeks after my cheque was cashed in.They promised to send my phone back.I received it this morning!however phone is not working.I called them... but They are so ignorant.No help!
i dont know what to do?can u please give me some advise?
