Quick question or two.....
They messed my direct debit up and now they have passed it onto a 3rd party for payment - is there any legislation I can state to them in a letter about this action? Im writing them a letter to tell them of their failures so anything would be good...
Also they have my name recorded incorrectly - again is there anything I can say to them about it (quoting some law would be good)
Thanks

If they caused the error then they have to correct it and put you back in the position should it not have occurred.0 -
