Amazon refund -credit card detail

Just sold an item on amazon and buyer didn't received the item. So I thought to refund buyer as he is accusing for not sending an item even after showing him POP. I am just wondering will buyer come to know my credit card detail and any particulars ?? just thinking from the security point of view.

Not at all, you do need to do it through Amazon though and they just take the money from your account and refund the buyer back to his card. I hope you've given it enough time though, on Amazon you can usually get around a three week period before you are forced to refund and if it is still within that time period I'd risk a neg by making him wait a bit longer if he is not being polite about it.

I can't see why you wanted to show him the POP though as that is nothing at all to do with him.

Buyer accusing for not sending item in the first place nor second time. The way buyer asked for whereabout of item and within 2 minutes ( i got email with these time difference) opened A-Z gurantee claim. Trying a luck as can smell bit fishy...:mad:
