Anyone uses Miracle Gro Feeder?

Ok, has anyone got and is using Miracle Gro Feeder:



I thought it would be a great idea instead of using my watering can and lugging it around the garden to water all my pots and borders, and no need to keep mixing the feed.

So, I bought one on Sunday and decided to try out yesterday. I filled it with the plant food included and added the water from the tap as instructed. I screwed the jar on the spray gun and.... It was leaking!!! I actually had my hands blue and couldn't wash them on. I tried using it attached to my hose then. and it was spraying through the hose attachment, dripping the water all the time. But the end of my 5min watering it was spraying water through plastic joints, and I had to keep it at arm's length not to get all my clothes coloured blue!

So, is it just a faulty one and should be returning it for replacement, or should I not bother with it and just get my money back?...

What are your experiences?

Do you just use watering can for feeding your plants, or can you suggest other ways?
