My husband was served the statutory demand to make him bankrupt nearly 6 weeks ago he was told by the server that he would recieve the summonds 21 days later and he hasnt heard anything. He knows they will go ahead with the order (customs and excise)but what should he expect when he goes to court and after he has no assets.

Sorry. Should have posted that I copied that post into a new thread so it would be more likely to get a response. Got sidetracked.... :o

I know that feeling well! :p

Is it possible to add a bit about life assurance to one of the sticky's at the top of the page? It tends to be a question that pops up a quite a bit.

Was thinking of something like that.

e.g. a thread with one post with bank account info, one with info about IPAs, another with info about ED, another with all the info about how vehicles are dealt with, etc... etc...

Then have at the start an index post with links to each part/post.
