Sorry, edited my post but probably after you had read it - I was asking what aloe vera tablets do, other than upset your stomach.

What does Aloe Vera do? Other than upset your stomach, I mean! I've only ever used it topically.
Erm....it gets things moving that might otherwise be a little sluggish. It was so bad I had to leave my choir practice 45 mins early and (sorry for TMI) only just made it home in time! Jeez.....YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

That's not embarrassing, I was the same up until a couple of years ago. It's addictive though. I've had odd occasions where I have spent far too much, but generally, I ask for Debenhams vouchers for birthdays/Xmas, and also have a small weekly 'entertainment' budget, which covers going out, clothes, haircuts etc, so I often use/save that to buy a new set."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I don't think it's all Aloe Vera. These were Colon Cleanse tablets containing Aloe Vera. Cheaper than a colonic!YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
