Have you ever been, or are you currently, a member of a terrorist group?

Anybody know of anyone who has been turned back by the US authority's for not declaring an arrest?.

There are plenty of people (including posters here) who haven't thought I would ask.

a friend of mine was arrested and did 2 months for driving without tax or insurance 22 years ago.
he has since been to the states 5 times (twice since 911) he just answers no to the question and its never been a problem.

as has been stated befor the usa has no way of checking and the fingerprints they take are only checked within their own data base

  • Hmm, I wonder just how many people enter the US with speeding offences?

Plus I have a friend, whe entered the US on Visa Waiver, stayed 4 years, got married, got a residency, a green card and had a criminal record.

    Doesn't make sense does it?

  • If you've tried to blow something or someone up, or have links to terrorists in any form, you'll be sussed out.

If you nicked a mars bar when you were 12 and got a caution, then it won't show up...

In classic US style, they're covering every base so they have an excuse to chuck you out if they find out you might, just might, be against the US.
