You can get your claim number through the post too, with a stamped addressed envelope. Read the small print on the tickets. Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0 -

Ahhhh the sky mag. I strip the letter with the address from the packet, shred that and the rest goes in the recycling bin. It's utter crap, full of ads and general rubbish, and apparently I have no choice whether I receive it or not. I bet there are a lot of people who do the same.
I've never and will never call a number to see what I've won; I've won or I haven't and if you need to pay for it, it will cost less than the call thats a fact. Sad state of affairs all this junk mail these days.

You can get out of getting it we've never had one in two years. When my OH queried it with them they said the box was ticked so we didn't receive it.0 -
No.

Just to clarify ,to get a claim number did you send a SAE and asked for your claim number . Do we have to photocopy the ticket or else give them a ticket no as well.Bit confused ???
How can they tell the clam number without looking at the ticket.0 -

All you have to do is send a SAE to the address given in the small print: Dept PCN M543R,
Purely Creative,
1 Mannin Way,
Caton Road,
Lancaster,
LA1 3SU
I'm not sure if number of the department you write to depends on the card you have as I only have 1 card here to check against. e.g. Dept PCN M543R may change dependent on the card you have.
I put in a short note, requesting a claim number and stating what the pictures on my card were but it doesn't state that you have to do this. When they send you a claim number, you them have to send the card off, with another SAE and I suppose this is when they verify what you have won.
