I actually received claim numbers by email for the purely creative "win a million" card (about a month ago but only just got round to thinking about dealing with it).

Interestingly they sent the identical claim number for the 'cash payout' as for the 'top treat' (yes, I did send different email addresses for each card and stated that one was for 3 matching symbols and the other 2).

Now, looking at the list of cash prizes, the smallest is £10, of which they apparently have 10,000+, making it appear to be the booby prize (equivalent of the infamous watch), so I may just send it off anyway, followed swiftly by a letter to their marketing department requesting no marketing

I'm not expecting anything...so won't be disappointed, and tbh I had forgotten about it until the emails arrived. Will be interested to see the outcome though.

I got 3 lions on the "Win a million" card from creative. Does anyone know what the "prize" is and have a claim number.

I got 3 hammers. I've gone down the postal route for a claim number as it will only cost me the price of 2 envelopes - I'm using stamps from the Royal Mail surveys. Will let you know how much it's worth. The word to text was 'Sky'.
On same card, I also got 2 trees. Haven't bothered with that one. Got to be worth trying to claim for 3 symbols though as smallest prize is £10 cash.
