How do you open a .BIN file?

assuming it's video, rename it mpg, then open in media player.

VLC media player will also play it just as it is. (free)

You can use Daemon Tools if you have the cue file - or you could make a cue file

It depends what the file is - .bin is commonly used by several file types

use magiciso to open it and then you can burn to disk

Use Daemon Tools, you don't need the .cue file.
