Hi
I've had a look and I can't see this question but forgive me if I have missed something. What I am trying to do is save a podcast into a presentation I am doing for Uni. I won't have internet when I'm doing the presentation so I cant just save a link. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can

wheres the podcast? all podcasts are is just audio files streamed across the internet, usually a case of right clicking and saving as would do it.
for example
http://www.gamercast.net/episodes/
if you click on download most browsers start to play it, just a case of right click and save file as and there you go.0 -

A podcast is an audio file that is made available for download. That means that you save it on your computer (or memory stick or whatever) and listen to it later. Many people (like me) save podcasts on to an MP3 player, and listen when not connected to the internet.
A whole range of software packages are available for sound editing, and would of course work with the audio files that you get when you download a podcast. The package that I usually use is called Wave Repair: google and you will find it. The basic package is free, and that will do what you need (although you can pay and get more functionality if you so desire).0
