Tescos Dvd rental ahhh

I signed up for a dvd trail with tescos as reccomended on here just for the extra points really.
I had 1 dvd during the trail which was sent back and I cancelled the trail.
However I have noticed that they have still been taking the payment on my account for quite some time and were talking about £50.
They think I still have a Dvd outstanding which I havent and have never recieved such a Dvd
Even if I did have how many times could I have brought it with that £50.
They have been charging my card and refuse to refund despite they can see that the account has never really been used. Its not set up as a direct debit can I have any comeback with my bank.
They have even spelt my name wrong on the account which is still under my old aol email instead of my ntl.
What a nighmare.
Can anyone please offer me any advice. I so want to get that money back it would buy my daughers birthday presents.
