hardship claim;case was closed.

I put in a claim a few years ago with lloyds, i went to court but apparently because i never sent quite the right details beforehand ,i entered the court to be told to go home and another date would be given but before this it was all put on hold.Since this i have had escalating bank charges, several times i have been into the bank for help and had mortgage put on hold for few months,i have approx 20 letters a month from bills not been paid by direct debit.i am constantly over my overdraught .as i am a self employed builder times have and been very very hard.my charges must be in excess of £6000 at least but what little i can put in gets eaten up and more by charges. To add to this i have had a kidney transplant years ago so am limited to the amount of work i can do and the amount of money i can earn..
As i previously submited a claim and the bank told me it had been closed how do i go about putting in a hardship claim, do i make a whole new claim with the ombudsman ? help please.........:(

Read my signature page 20 which is the lending code and include as much of the information as you possibly can and ask them to consider your case as a financial hardship case.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
