My local shop has advertised 8 cans of pills lager £5, now its quite a good drink and deal. The advert is on a chalk board outside the shop, well I tried to buy them 6 days ago and they were out of stock. Everyday since then they are still putting the board out advertising 8 cans of pills lager £5, but being I visit the shop everyday I know they still haven't got them in stock. So is that illegal or is it a legal ploy to get people into the shop

I would say C) None of the above. Clearly the has been very popular and they haven't been able to get any more from the supplier. But are still hopeing to

Actually it could be deemed to break the Unfair Business Practices Law (And spirit of it) depending on the exact circumstances

That's probably why they are always out of stock..................How else would they keep putting the fires out, surely not with the good, pricey stuff :D
