Having one new window put into the house 210cm length 110cm width.
Have been quoted £630 is that about right?

i would say its good depending on the whats getting done and if there supplying the window was the window already there ( replaced ) or is it a new window ( new hole in the building ) also were do you live.If you want to get with me there's some things you got to know,.

Im in Bristol, its replacing an existitng old window.
They said it is a good quality window, can get cheaper apparently.... not really sure about windows myself, but looked good...something about steel in it and hidden rubbers? Im a bit guliable and thick when it comes to stuff like this0 -
get some more quotes i really don't know i hoped some one else would or replied
well dont be gullible you have the Internet to sort you out ask what kind of window in a written quote and cheak it out on the net compare it with the cheaper window, always remember if you let people walk all over you they will and there is no such thing as a quote valid for 24 hur

UPVc windows can vary in quality, although cosmetically they all look very similar. The use of steel reinforced frames is a bonus as are good quality hinges. Did the say who the window systyem is made by? Kommerling maybe?0

Should pay £400 + VAT I would say from a company. Be careful re. the profile being used - Salesmen will make anything sound good.
Always use FENSA registered if you go down the fitter route also.
