Claim for hardship?

Hi Sorry,
I have tried to look through some of the older posts to get a better understanding but I can't see anything too simular to my case.

I have already written to barclays some time ago asking for my unfair charges to be re-paid using the template from here. I then got the standard letter back that all charges were on hold. This was probably over a year ago. I have since heard nothing else - although now the case appears to be compleatly over I might get a letter soon....

Anyway looking at the hardship appeals, at the time of the majority of my charges I had been recently made redundant, then susiquently had to wait about 2 1/2 months before next pay day (all in all no money for 3 1/2 months).

Am I right in thinking that I might be able to send a new letter in claiming hardship from the time that I was made redundant as like I say this was when I was charged the majority of my claim.

Any help would be greatly apreciated. And if I need to add more detail then please let me know.

Many thanks in advance.

Keith
