Right so I have finally paid my debts to npower and have vowed never to believe another estimated reading or proposed direct debit ever again!!
But now I have paid my debts I want to make sure I'm on the best possible tarriff. I have an E10 or Heatwise meter and want to stay on this as we have all electric heating and it is the best way for us to have a warm house in the evening.
The problem is that the comparison sites do not compare E10 and the electric companies don't seem to list them on their sites. Is the only way to compare to email them all and ask them for their prices??? Any other ideas???
If not which companies offer E10?? I don't want to miss any out if I am going to email them all!!!
Thanks for your help folks!

Unless you have really old storage heaters, 7 hours off peak is plenty to heat them up and store heat, so why do you need the extra 3 hours in the day?0

Heatwise and Eco10 will not feature in the comparison sites, they only deal with 'vanilla' tariffs like Eco7 and Single Rate.
Not sure who you can change to, the only way to find out will be to ring round the suppliers...unless one of the reps or call centre peeps on here can help. Should think SSE/Southern/Hydro (same company, different name) would be a good starting point, they offer these systems in some areas, perhaps they cover yours.0 -
You'll probably have severe difficulty getting anyone to accept you as a new customer on E10.

(The only supplier who I know that claims to widely accept new customers on E10 is Eon ... but you are currently with them)"Now to trolling as a concept. .... No currently with npower, and we have switched before from powergen. I realise E10 isn't on comparison sites but thought you guys might have some tips.
I'm staying on E10 because it isn't an extra 3 hours in the day, it is five at night, three in the day and two in the evening. Our storage heaters are pretty good but it makes it easier to have the house warm in the evening having the cheap rate spread out. When it isn't too cold out I often turn them off for the night and just use the daytime five hours so it gives me more flexibility.0 -
Try EDF I'm with them and my bills are fine.0

Should have said that I'm on EDF E10.0

The Economy 10 tariff is currently not available to new customer acquisitions"Now to trolling as a concept. ....
