ppi claims but don't know account numbers from 04. what do i do?????

My brother just received a cheque for £1666 from mbna for ppi charges, this prompted me to look into my old cc accounts loans etc that i had back in 2004, i managed to use my online banking to go through very old statements to see what accounts i had back then i found a loan from sainsburys bank, a credit card from capital one, two from lloyds and a john lewis store card, ive only got the account details from the loan and nothing else, how do i go about getting this information from them?
many thanks
scott

    Hi and welcome

I would then in your case and if you want to, is request a Subject Access Request, they have 40 days to comply and send everything they hold on your account(s) you have had with them, you enclose £10 postal order or cheque payment, and post within the post office to receive proof of posting.
SAR template letter with details here:

Please then check here for more info on reclaiming with the guidelines:

Hope this helps, ask for further help if required and please keep us posted, cheers.;)
    Good luck.
