Help - Bosch dishwasher fault

Hi,
I have a 4 yr old Bosch dishwasher (slimline SRS45E22) that won't stop at the end of its cycle. The time counts down to 1 min remaining but stays there with the pump/drain running. I have to turn it to 'reset' to get it to end.
It started doing it occasionally a few months ago but now does it every time. I've tried some of the Finish dishwasher cleaner through it and it worked fine for that run but hasn't since.
I'm not sure, but I think the pump/drain runs throughout the drying stage whereas it didn't use to.
Googling hasn't helped much, but I suspect it may be a relay, the control board, or a sticking float? The wash cycle works fine apart from that.
I'm fairly handy at fixing things but don't know where to start with this. Anybody any ideas before I end up having to call the repair man out?
Thanks.
