Claiming hardship

Hi Guys,
Got a question for you..... I am currently on a DMP with CCCS which is fantastic and has been a life saver for me, so thank you to you guys on here who helped me through it .
However one of my creditors is Lloyds bank
to whom I 'used' to owe £120 from my overdraft - that was nearly 4 years ago, when I started on the DMP.
My current balance with Lloyds is now £735:eek: This has come from the bank charges that they have added to my account while on the DMP - I pay £6.34 a month of on the balance and Lloyds used to charge me £7 a month interest thus them whacking on a shed load of charges.
So being that I am on a DMP would I be able to file for my charges back and clear my debt once and for all with Lloyds claiming financial hardship?
Any thoughts you guys may have on this would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks guys,
