&£!$( Coverplan Vouchers - Question

Our washing machine was given the last rights a couple of weeks ago by a friendly Bosch engineer. As a result of various SNAFUs by Coverplan, they didn't process the write-off until tuesday and have not even sent out the vouchers to get a new machine yet!
The questions is, are these vouchers going to be tied to Currys (presumably they will be). If so, are they also going to be tied to a particular product (washing machine).
I'm strongly tempted to buy a 2nd hand machine elsewhere and use the vouchers for something else! Really annoyed with coverplan and would strongly recommend that people go elsewhere. This whole episode has been nothing but delays and incompetence as far as they've been concerned.

i can assure you the vouchers will be tied to currys but you can use them to buy anything in the store to the value of the vouchers.0
