Cheap abroad holidays

Hi All,
I'm new to the Overseas Travel/ Holiday Planning thread but felt compelled to write after booking a holiday through sunshine.co.uk. (I'd like to point out that I am not in any way affiliated with the business!!)
I had difficulty initially finding a hotel within price range as I am travelling by myself and have specific dates and location. Everywhere I looked there was a single supplement or I couldnt get the dates I wanted (I am going to visit a friend in Paphos, Cyprus). I then stumbled across sunshine.co.uk through avid google searching. I was able to pick and chose a hotel (I booked a 5 star hotel as a treat), choose which airline and flight time, book transfers (for £7 each way!). I managed to book all of this for £500 return (going for a week). I was also able to pay in installments at no extra cost.
I would really recommend this setup, I only hope the holiday is as good as the booking experience! I have booked through all sorts on online providers (teletext, expedia, thomson, directline to name a few) but found sunshine.co.uk to be consistently the cheapest when comparing like for like with other providers. (I have since recommended this to my Father who has booked a trip to Marrakesh- it is the cheapest for this trip too!)
Does anyone else know a provider that offers good value for money they could recommend? (Always striving for the cheapest!) I would love if I could find a website similar to sunshine that does ski holidays!!
Looking forward to hearing from you all.

I've just tried this, putting in options for a holiday I'd already found with Thomas Cook. You are right, it came up with a slightly cheaper price (same flight, same hotel), and it's great to be able to start from the flights and then build up from there. I am impressed, and will probably use them for booking my own holiday.
Has anyone used these and 'had the holiday' by now as well? I'd like to know if the real experience is as good as the online booking.
