Anyone any experience of Ashermans's Syndrome or Surrogacy?

I've had an op that gives me the same symptoms as ashermans (and I've been sterilised) but now my partner and I would love a baby but the expense is, quite frankly, unbelievable! This is where I'm hoping for some MSE advise
