Do they have MOJ authorisation ? I dont think so

Is there a contact number / address ? nope

Are they registered for data protection ? nope

Have they been running long ?
    Creation Date: 19-feb-2010

The sites a bit dodgy too.

Are they a Ltd company registered at co house ? can't see them

Go on what's the emails say ?

    I'd say big fat NO.

God knows how he knows his turnaround is 2-3 months when he only set up in February lol.

Stay away from him and tell the MOJ he's operating without authorisation as well. email: info@claimsregulation.gov.uk

If you are interested in reclaiming bank charges, why not do it yourself for free and keep 100% of whatever you manage to reclaim?

Have a read of the MSE article that explains what you need to do.
