    Which is very scary as:

A employee of Deloite? Then I give up because if they cannot give an accurate account there's no hope at all.
There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.

After searching for some info on her, she seems to know her stuff.

I suspect that some clueless editors at the BBC are at fault?

Seems to be a normal thing for the BBC, Get a specialist in to write something, then F it up by editing it.

Now that WAS interesting! Sounds like a smart woman, so concur with Fermi that once again it's the good old Beeb who have screwed it up.

OK, given that I know absolutely nothing about English bankruptcy :o (other than the things Ive gleaned from this board), can I ask what it is that has caused such an negative reaction from you all?

    Seriously.

Apart from the fact that it doesn't cover petitioning for your own bankruptcy, the article strikes me as a fairly sympathetic, even reassuring ('you cannot be made bankrupt overnight'), basic overview of a creditor petitioned bankruptcy.

    What am I missing? :o
