Thanks Fermi!!
Oh btw, I am having issues with my mouse, and as I went over the spam button it reported it, I have unspammed it now, Sorry!!0 -
So I have read it now, and it only talks about if you are made BR by a creditor, but nothing about making yourself BR.
I don't think the article helps you know what to expect at all to be honest!!0 -
Have to agree with Skylight! Another chance to give a honest account of bankruptcy gone begging!"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

By now, if someone actually wrote an honest and useful article on the BBC about BR I would be shocked.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I think it's a fear thing-if the [STRIKE]useless old boys' network[/STRIKE] executives at the BBC were to have their thoroughly undeserved and inflated salaries cut how many of them possibly would be needing to seek advice and support from a board such as this one;)There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0 -
The opinions expressed are those of the author and are not held by the BBC unless specifically stated. The material is for general information only and does not constitute investment, tax, legal or other form of advice. You should not rely on this information to make (or refrain from making) any decisions. Always obtain independent, professional advice for your own particular situation.
It should also be duly noted that the 'opinions' are one dimensional and do not cover self petitioning of BR, and that lastly, The language in which the 'guide' (and I use this term loosely) is written is probably not challenging to any individual over the age of 7 years old. There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0 -
i knew i was going to be dissapointed if i read it, but i read it anyway, and i was dissapointed. The person who wrote it obviously has no in depth knowledge of the subject at allHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
