pap, you haven't failed it. It's not a case of failing it, it's a case of you needing something that fits in more with you and what you do....And recently, your posts on here have been a lot more confident...it shows, hun, it really does.

No word yet but I dont think I am high up on their priorities really, they've had a bit of a drive to get to the hospital where she is-I had to text her sister postcodes and directions.

    I will let you know.

Mine was, but by the time I'd wrestled with the squash and fought with the swede, I was exhausted. Will def look for frozed carrot and swede

Black & red salad (black pudding, tomatoes & red pepper, mushrooms and leaves - tres healthy.) with plum dressing (plum sauce, oil & vinegar)

followed by coffee cake (not so healthy)

I was so impressed with myself I took pictures:rotfl:

    Oooh, pictures please Luc!

I think frozen carrot and swede is full of woody bits Spud (unless I've just been unlucky) - I'm not keen on making it either but tend to buy 2 swedes, a big bag of carrots, and make shed loads, then freeze it in portions.

Pap, deciding not to continue isn't the same as failing hon. To me, to continue plugging away at it when your heart isn't in it, yoyo-ing up and down, and not having the courage to say 'enough is enough, I want to do this my way now' would be more of a failure.

I was amazed when you came and chatted to me at Bunny's party - we have always got on so well online, but been too shy to chat properly in person, so I did genuinely think it was a very brave thing to do, to come over and initiate a conversation (not that I'm scary...but you know what I mean). I was quite touched actually. :o
