GMAC PPI Claim

Hi

I am new to this site has anyone successfully claimed from GMAC company and is it the finance company or the dealers that are responsible for selling PPI. Any advice is really welcome.

    Hi Andrea and welcome.

    Have you started making a reclaim yet for the reasons you may have?

    Also check on the above success thread, you may come across some who have had success with these, I expect there have been.
    As you may be aware you write to the ones who set up your finance with your reasons, and they have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep at them and the above link is very helpful to follow.
    Do not worry about writing down the amounts though, you should receive the calculations of the breakdown if successful, or you can request these send these to you.

    funny story contacted them today as the 40 days are up for the details, they say they have returned it but to next door. Now stating i need to resend the request
