First time renting....cost of bills etc??

Hello

Going to be renting for the first time very soon - was wondering if there was a simple spreadsheet or list of outgoings or potential outgoings showing optional items i could use?

Alternatively does someone mind listing the outgoing and a farely accurate cost??

Going to be rent a 2 bed flat for £450 - so things like gas, water, elec, council tax, internet, tv license etc etc

Really appreciate help on this

Thanks
Paul

There's a budget planner you can download from the free tools section on the right hand side.

your local council website will let you know a typical rate for your area. so, too will TV licence website - think its about £12 per month.

on my 2 bed place the gas/electricity (same supplier) is about £75 per month on direct debit. my phone line is about £12 per month, broadband is the same but it will depend on your deals.
