Pets at Home website question...

Hi
Does anybody know how you remove items from your basket on Pets at Home? I want to order some of the James Wellbeloved dog food while it's on offer but there are things in my basket from before christmas.
It won't even let me checkout with these things in my basket as some things aren't available anymore.
I don't know if i'm being really thick? I've emailed them but the offer runs out tomorrow at 9am and I doubt they will have got back to me before then.
Thanks

Have you tried clicking on "view basket" and changing the quantity to 0?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Hi I think if you view the contents of your basket. Then the item you want to delete if you change the quantity to zero and the click on update this should remove it.0

That's odd, because I've just tried it and it let me delete things that way. Sorry, no more ideas. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I'm wondering if it's because i've got items in my basket that are no longer on the website, it won't let me remove them or any other items. It won't let me proceed to the checkout with them in my basket. I think I broke it :rotfl:
My OH just had an idea, why not just sign up again under his name! Doh why didn't I think of that!!
Thanks for your replies:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy
