I just googled LIF-32 and found at least two sites saying "Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days".
www.bathroom2u.com and www.tradetaps.com

Edited to add: these two websites are actually the same company.

Is that their answer to "can you supply tap xyz is 2-3 days as stated on your website?"

Seems rather strange.
