Please help (my credit has been put onto my sisters!!) very confused

hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could help or explain to me why this has happened.

my sister and i both have the first name initial and both had the same maiden name. its only me that is married.

some how my mobile bill, and where i used to live in scotland and a loan i took out up there have all be put onto her credit report!!! i dont get it.
what has happened??

my sister has also got a tmobile contract phone and also lived in scotland and also has a bank of scotland account, which we both have now closed (major dramas with having the same name!!) (what were my parents thinking)

before we knew all this i registered with my banks id aware thing and they could not find anything on me which i am so confused about.

some one help pleaseeeeee my husband and i are looking at getting a house once he get gets out the army and this is just a big balls up :(

has this happened to any one else??
