Websites to assist home buying/selling

I thought I'd start this thread because I found a few useful tools to help out the buying process, it would be nice to see what else people can add and share. Plus i'm a bit of a geek and like as much information as possible.
My new favorite is Windows Live local, it actually has better satelite info than Google earth does sometimes

https://www.findaproperty.co.uk and https://www.primelocation.co.uk (or could be .com!) are both good, as is https://www.rightmove.co.uk. The only thing is that these sites are not updated as often as the properties sell so you could fall in love with something on the web and find it was sold / let months ago!
I also use https://www.mapquest.co.uk as well as streetmap.0 -
