I have just received a letter which was at my rental property from a company called ccs collect and in the letter it requires imformation of who lived in my rental property from Feb 2006 until June 2006 and it says for water supplied....Why have i only received a letter after all this time?...Because its so long ago i will have to look into my accounts of who lived there at the time, even so i doubt after all this time i couldnt contact those tenants anyway as it was quite some time ago,,,,advise greatly appreciated.........i dont know if itsa scam even i dont see why i should be liable when all meter readings ect were done from people moving out and moving in ect

You might be better posting on the Debt-free Wannabe board, honey, they will know whether it is best to use one of their template letters to query the debt or can safely be ignored. Might be worth searching 'CCS Collect' on the forums to see if they are a legitimate organisation.
