Accepting car after damage repair

My car received serious damage to the rear there is no fault on part (wasn't even in the car). It was a car I had driven from new for just over a year. The insurers repairers have repaired the damage, but I have already said that the repairs were not satisfactory once and now have to go to see it again. I am convinced that no proper damage assessment has been done and erally don't think the car is safe.
