I subscribed to Ancestry.com just over a month ago.
Some clerical error on their part meant that two payments were taken out of my account.what happened was i upgraded my account the same day to get more info.Instead of taking the upgraded £12.95 they took the basic cost which was £10.95 and also £12.95.
On finding this i e-mailed them and cancelled my subscription.
On the 3rd of March they again took £10.95 out of my account which because there was not enough money in the account i was charged £25 by my bank for going overdrawn.
I e-mailed them again and they told me of the mistake and said they would reimburse me for the two payments.I asked them also for the £25 which made me go overdrawn with my bank and they basicly said its not their problem and to talk to my bank about it.
What can i do to make them pay the £25 ?.
Thanks
Andrew

First step is to cancel the DD or SO set up on your account to pay Ancestry.com."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
