Can i just ask, we have a loan with a company with fell into arrears so they sold it to a debt company which we are slowly paying off each month. I successfully reclaimed the ppi on this loan from the original loan company, what im asking is does the debt company need to readdress the figures as they have the amount with the ppi included in it which we got returned through misselling on the single payment insurance. The amount would have been less if it was still with original loan company any views or have i got it completely wrong x x

Hi Woodymeg, hope your well.
I am not too sure on this one to be honest, but sure someone will know, although in my opinion if the PPI was refunded this should not be included in any calculations, but I would ask them to send you an uptodate statement if they can do this for free.;)
Good luck XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"

the full amount of debt was passed over to the company and you have no been refunded the ppi amount, i would guess that it would not come off but it is certainly worth the effort to check as im sure this would save you lots of ££££££'sHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
