Turbo lister annoying errors

I am absolutley sick of Turbo Lister throwing errors up when I try to make a listing.

I have my paypal account that I set up with a credit card in 2006. I have just gone into the account and Paypal asks me for the code on my printed credit card statement from 2006 !!! I already did that then so why ask again ?

Anyway, when I try and list with Turbo it says "sorry, you must submit a valid credit card through our secure form" I HAVE ALREADY GOT ONE SET UP !!!!!!!

AAAAAAAARrrgh

What can I do ? :mad::mad::mad:

I try to set up an automatic direct debit for Ebay fees in my account and I get this:

n order to sign up you must:
Have an eBay seller's account. If you are trying to pay for an item, learn how to pay your seller.

Be registered on eBay's Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, US or UK sites.

Pay your eBay seller's fees in Australian, Canadian or US dollars, Euro, Great British Pounds or Yen

It's so B****y confusing and infuriating.

Please can someone help me. I have looked in Turbo Lister's help pages and there is nothing on this.

I suppose that unless somebody has experienced this in the same way, it is difficult to give an accurate answer.
What is happening to the English Language? These are not isolated, but repeated every day.
'Definate', 'Aswell', 'Rediculous', 'Payed'...and the best of all 'Could Of'. How can anyone think that 'Could Of' can actually mean anything. You may as well write 'Could Zebra' for all the sense it makes.
  • OK, for starters, have you actually got a Seller account set up on ebay ?
If not, have a read through this help page http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/seller_account.html
    and get one set up.
Can't offer much more help than that as I've not had a similar problem... am sure someone will be along soon that can offer more help :-)

But why when I have confirmed credit card details with paypal does it also ask for direct debit confirmation for my bank. I wan't to pay via Paypal, not my bank account.
It's asking me to submit details so they can make 2 deposits to verify. I have already done this with my credit card (which Turbo Lister doesn't recognise)

I absolutely hate it. It's wasting time and causing me serious stress.
  • Have a read of that page if you haven't already :-) As it says, even with a credit card on file, you may still be required to submit bank details to Ebay, for verification purposes only.

I don't understand what you mean by seller account. It's a private account with the option to buy and sell. I have bought, not sold. I am trying to sell via Turbo lister but it won't let me. I have verified my credit card with my Paypal account, paypal want my current bank account details for direct debit. Why ? I don't know as it has my credit card for that.
  • You have to have a Seller Account set up on EBAY before you can list items - regardless of the type of account you have on Paypal. Have a look at that link !!! :-)

You were right Victoria, they needed to create a seller account but it was still confusing. Turbo Lister got back to me with instructions. Sorry for the rant .
