Bryan Carter & Co Solicitors

Hello
I received a letter from Bryan Carter & Co Solicitors yesterday and when I phoned them today they said it was about my Alliance & Leicester account.
I am overdrawn by over £600 but that is definitely due to charges that have been applied.
What do I now do. I want to ask for an account of my charges but who do I go through? Alliance or the Solicitors?
The last time I had contact with Alliance was in 2006 when the whole reclaiming charges business was beginning and I have moved since then.
I want to call the Solicitors back and tell them that I am not paying a penny until I have all the records of my charges. Is this wise?
Does the fact Alliance and Leicester are now Santander cause problems?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
