Lots of ringing around!! Thats the cheapest way to do it :D We have 2 cars too and what I tend to do is call as many co's as my patience allows. Sometimes getting them insured seperately by different co's works out cheaper but most companies nowadays will give a discount if you insure more than one vehicle with them. When we done ours last year we ended up going with ASDA as they matched hubbys full NCB on our second car so we got a good discount.
I don't know if you are aware but you can only use your NCB on one vehicle, but like I said ASDA matched this for us but should we change co's at renewal our second car will only have 1 yrs NCB.
