Sun holiday - given me the wrong date!

I have called Sun helpline as they have made a mistake as my form said i can only do weekends and i wrote March 19th and they have given me April 19th. They said they would get the application form and get back to me but that was a week and a half ago and I haven't heard anything.
Are they usually bad at getting back? Anybody had any luck in getting them to check back and changed?
My hols is from 19th April to 23rd April at Haven Doniford Park in Somerset. Its for two adults and two kids - I have paid the £38 and the letter says i've got another £40 to pay that includes linen, and it also says that i've got a discount of £17 - something odd for the entertainment passes.
If anyone is interested I just want to get my money back and would forward the letter onto you for you. If you want it let me know otherwise ebay here i come!
