Allowing someone to bid on an item from outside Uk but to send to a UK address

I have been asked if I would allow someone in Australia to bid on my item and he would be happy to pay P&P or I can post to his parents in N Ireland.
As N Ireland is a UK address im happy to post there, I know he needs to change / add address in paypal but do I need to take off the seller restrictions to allow him to bid or does having a UK address in paypal then allow him to?

Let them bid and after sale they can email you the address they want the item sent to, no problem. I have done this a few times, the Paypal address makes no odds.
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Add the buyers id to your bidder exemption list so that they are able to place a bid if you've excluded overseas bidders as a matter of course. Then tell the bidder clearly that the Northern Ireland address MUST be the address supplied within the Paypal payment. There's a link on another thread somewhere for the exemption list, or someone clever like soolin would be able to tell you where to find it! sssooollliinnnn!!!! Heylp!

Found it! Make sure you're signed into eBay and click on: http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin
Put the buyers id in here and they'll be able to bid. But make sure they know the actual postal address has got to be on the paypal payment, otherwise you have no seller protection through Paypal.

If the op wants the seller protection (how much is that worth now:wall:) then they need to send it the address listed in paypal (confirmed or not makes no difference). Aside from that they should be fine*

    * This is providing the buyer has paid via paypal.
