I bought a Rest Assured 100 Ortho from Sainsburys recently when it was on offer there (they badge them with a different sub name but they are the same).

Very happy with it eventually. Very supportive and heavy. Great for those that like a firm, yet comfortable, mattress. Having been through a few mattresses I would say it is definately at the firm end of medium to firm.

Beware! Had a nightmare with the delivery guys. They brought it into the hall in its plastic wrapper and it was filthy so I didnt want it taken up my stairs like that. They offered to unwrap it and then took it up. I was on the phone whilst they were doing this. When they wanted a signature I took a look at it laid on the floor and it looked fine. Abou an hour later I lifted it to put it on the bed and there was a cut in one place and a hole in another where they had pierced it with the knife they used to take off the cover. It even had their dirty hand prints around the damage. They had placed it that way down to avoid me seeing the damage! Took over a month of hassle to get it sorted with Rest Assured who in my opinion were lacking in terms of customer service.

Whilst I value Tims opinion, I cant see you could get a better mattress in terms of specifications for this price.

Haven't had a text yet. They are supposed to be delivering on Monday.

it shows that cos the order is now no longer with tesco but with rest assured.

Mine is coming tomorrow and not a day too soon!! Apparently they will phone me some time today to give me an AM/PM rather than sometime on saturday


I've just had 2 texts confirming it will be delivered between 7-1pm tomorrow. YAY!

Only problem is that I'd better make sure I dont drink too much on my birthday night out tonight then....

I ordered this on 16th march,money taken from account 17th march,
I have had no texts,letter or phone call,just an email from tesco direct to say supplier will contact re delivery,Should I be worried as I have not heard anything from supplier at all?
